🌟Simply Scrumptious Mushroom Cannelloni!🌟

🍄 Roll up fresh lasagna sheets with savory mushrooms & creamy béchamel for a delectable delight! Quick & easy!


Ingredients

– 6 fresh lasagna sheets
– 300g champignon mushrooms
– 400g béchamel sauce
– 30g grated Parmesan
– 1 clove of garlic
– EVO oil, salt


Instructions

1. Slice mushrooms, sauté with garlic in oil for 10 mins, season with salt.
2. Mix half béchamel with mushrooms & Parmesan, leave the other half as is.
3. Dress lasagna sheets with mushroom béchamel, roll into cannelloni.
4. Spread béchamel in a baking dish, place cannelloni, top with more béchamel & Parmesan.
5. Cover, bake in air fryer at 180°C for 18 mins, remove cover after 4 mins for a golden finish!
