Ingredients

– 320 g pasta
– 50 g breadcrumbs
– 50 g green olives
– 20 g capers
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 garlic clove
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt
– oregano
– parsley


Instructions

1. Prepare the onion by cutting it into small cubes.
2. Cook anchovy fillets in olive oil, then add onion, olives, capers, and garlic.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, cook, then add parsley and salt.
4. Toast breadcrumbs until golden. Cook pasta, then mix with the sauce and breadcrumbs.
